PROCESS FOR PREPARING LIPOSOME COSMETICS

A process for preparing a liposome cosmetic composition comprises (a) adding a phopholipid to bioactive material soln. to obtain liposome soln., (b) adding an oil soluble mixt. (m.p 30-60 deg.C) to water soluble viscosity increasing agent soln. (c) heating it to 60-90 deg.C, dispersing it, and cooling it to room temp. to obtain 0.5-200 micron microparticle dispersed soln., and (d) mixing the oily particle dispersed soln. with the lipsome soln.
