摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the number of th insertion or draw-out of contact pins for first and second electrical devices largely by forming inserting holes, which can insert the contact pins from the main surface side and the back side, and through-holes shaped by metallic reservoirs pooling a low melting-point metal at sections where the tips of both contact pins being inserted are opposed to a connecting substrate. CONSTITUTION:Elastic plates 21, 22 and insulating plates 23, 24 are laminated stacked fast to each of the main surface and back of a connecting substrate 1 in an electrical connector 1a. Guide holes 25, 26 slightly larger than the size of contact pins are formed to the insulating plate 23, 24 sections to which the contact pins 11, 12 are inserted. An alloy such as an indium-48% tin eutectic alloy (the melting point of 117 deg.C) is used as a low melting-point metal 6, and a proper quantity of the metal 6 is injected into metallic reservoirs 5. The elastic plates 21, 22 and the insulating plates 23, 24 are positioned and laminated to the connecting substrate 1, and spare holes are bored at the positions of the elastic plates 21, 22 to which the contact pins 11, 12 are inserted by using jigs having the same shapes as the contact pins 11, 12.
