<p>A method for eliciting an enhanced response in the treatment of cough, cold, cold-like and/or flu symptoms in a human or lower animal in need of such treatment, comprising administering to such mammalian organism in need of such treatment a symptom relieving, analgesically and anti-inflammatorily effective amount of a specific naphthalene derivative within the first 36 hours of the discovery by said human or lower animal of the onset of said symptoms.</p> |
