A long and hollow stylus (1) of ordinary plastic tapers gradually to a point around which the bristles are arranged in a spiral formation (2) which can be rotated in both directions by pressure on a button. Nozzles (3) are provided in the tip (A) of the stylus (1) and in the spiral space between the bristles, for spraying with water at a pressure which can be controlled at source or by another button on the stylus. ADVANTAGE - Teeth and interdental spaces are cleaned gently while gums are massaged with integrated jet of water.
