PURPOSE:To obtain the above aerosol container of which internal volume is as large as possible and with excellent pressure resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance and chemical resistance, etc., by a method wherein the container main body is made of an inner and outer two-layer structure and the outer layer is made of a polycarbonate resin, and the inner layer is made of a high-nitrile resin. CONSTITUTION:A container main body consists of an outer layer 1 and an inner layer 2, and to the inner layer 2, a plug body 3 is welded and air-tightly integrated to form the container. For the inner layer of the container main body and the plug body, a high-nitrile resin with excellent chemical resistance and gas barrier property is used to prevent a content from permeating through the container wall and reducing its quantity. In the meantime, capacity such as heat resistance or impact resistance, etc., of the container which cannot be retained by the single body of high-nitrile resin is retained by the outer layer 1 of the container main body, which is made of a polycarbonate resin with excellent heat resistance or impact resistance, etc. The outer layer 1 is made to be 0.5-2.5mm, preferably to be 0.5-1.5mm, and the inner layer is made to be 0.5-2mm, preferably to be 0.5-1.5mm. |
