<p>The invention provides an improved closure cap assembly which is adapted to be fitted to a bottleneck. The assembly comprises two separate parts, namely a sleeve (31) for fitting to the bottleneck, said sleeve having a non-drip pouring spout (34) so that liquid in the bottle can be poured therefrom through the sleeve and from the spout. The other part is a closure cap member (12) which fits to the sleeve in a secure manner so that two functions are served. Thus, before a cap portion of the cap member can be removed to permit pouring of the liquid from the bottle, firstly a tear band (13) of the cap member must be removed providing tamper resistance and secondly the cap member must be particularly aligned with the sleeve (17, 36), providing child resistance.</p> |
