<p>The marker marks the identification number on lead frame automatically. The marker includes a first sensor (S1) positioned at the next stage after the lead frame feeder to check the feeding of lead frames, a second and a third sensor (S2,S3) positioned before the marking position to check the space between lead frames, a logic gate unit for generating an air cylinder driving signal by operating the output signals of the sensors, and a marking unit for printing mark by the air cylinder.</p> |
