PURPOSE:To form a rigid coat without impairing flexibility even it is dried at a high temperature after a coating is applied on the surface of a copper wire by including an epoxy resin within the specific range of weight % in an organic silicon compound. CONSTITUTION:A heat resisting organic ceramics coating agent is composed by including epoxy resin of 1 to 10weight% in an organic silicon compound. That is, when an organic ceramics coating is applied on the surface of a copper wire, to coat the surface of the copper wire with a coating agent including the epoxy resin of 1 to 10weight% in the organic silicon compound and to dry the coat at a high temperature of 200 deg.C or more for the formation, thereby all of bendability, dielectric strength and heat resistance property are cleared. In this way, even it is dried at a high temperature after the coating is applied on the surface of the copper wire, a rigid coat can be formed without impairing the flexibility. |
