PURPOSE:To eliminate damage to a conductive coating or curvature of a substrate, and improve mechanical connection and electric connection with the substrate by engaging a sleeve having a flange at one end part with a pin-like conductive member under a predetermined contact pressure. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 5 is engaged with a tip part 1d of a pin-like conductive member 1, and a flange 5a is formed at one end part of the sleeve 5. This flange 5a is engaged with the pin-like conductive member 1 to met in contact with an end part of a conductive coating 4 under a pressure. By holding a substrate 2, by the flange 5a of the sleeve 5 and a step part 1a of the pin-like conductive member 1, therefore, the pin-like conductive member 1 is held at the substrate 2. Because the mechanical strength is thus reinforced by the sleeve 5, need of setting a contact pressure between the pin-like conductive member 1 and the conductive coating 4 large is eliminated, and the insertion force of the pin-like conductive member 1 can be small, so damage to the conductive coating 4 or curving the substrate 2 when the pin-like conductive member 1 is fitted into a throughhole 3 can be eliminated. The mechanical connection with the substrate 2 is thus improved, and the electric connection is also improved. |
