PURPOSE:To shorten required time for filling by a method wherein a lift valve which closes the end part of a cylinder shaft in a container is provided, and the valve shaft of the lift vale is made to loosely penetrate in the cylinder shaft, and projected from the end of the cylinder shaft, which is located outside of the container, and the lift valve is energized in the valve closing direction. CONSTITUTION:A casing 22 is fitted in and held by a cylindrical part 12 of a lid 11, and the inner peripheral edge of an annular valve body 21, of which outer peripheral edge is tightly attached to the cylindrical part 12 of casing 22, is fitted in an annular groove 24 which is formed around the center of the outer periphery of the cylindrical shaft 20. The annular valve body 21 is constituted of an elastic material, and at the same time, on the annular groove 24, a through hole 26 which penetrates to the inner peripheral side of the cylinder shaft 20 is formed, and a lift valve 3 which close the end part of the cylinder shaft 20 in a container 1 is provided. The valve shaft 31 of this lift valve 3 is made to loosely penetrate in the cylinder shaft 20 and projected from the end part of the cylinder shaft 20 which is located outside of the container, and the lift valve 3 is energized in the valve closing direction. |
