PURPOSE:To form an image having a sharp and good tone by using a polyester resin as the main component of a binder resin and specifying its glass transition point and softening point and average particle diameter. CONSTITUTION:The polyester resin is used as the main component and its glass transition point and softening point are regulated to >= 40 deg.C and 80 - 150 deg.C, respectively, and the particles having a particle diameter of 0.5D - 2D amount to >= 80 number % of the total particles, where D is an average particle diameter and it is 3 - 6 mum. This polyester resin comprises mainly discarboxylic components, such as terephthalic acid components, and glycol components, thus permitting development performance of not only single color but also a color mixed with another color to be improved in reproduction performance of an intermediate color to be enhanced. |
