<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently operate the above system by providing an arrangement exchange decision part for deciding whether a pallet necessary for an arrangement exchange is provided or not, charge work decision part for deciding whether charge work of a workpiece is possible or not and a collecting work decision part for deciding whether collecting work of a finished product is possible or not. CONSTITUTION:A production planned data is converted into a charge work command data. On the other hand, a workpiece in completion of work is divided into an arrangement exchange product and a finished product, and the data is converted into a collecting work command data. Next, a priority order of each data is checked by a work command data sort part 13 with the charge work and collecting work command data serving as an input, and each data is rearranged in the order by the grade of a priority number. The charge work and collecting work command data, rearranged by the priority order, are successively processed in an arrangement exchange deciding part 17, charge work deciding part 18 and a collecting work decision part 19, and in a work execution part 20, a pallet necessary for the concerned work is automatically conveyed while displaying the decided work in a CRT of a handling station.</p> |
