The arrangement for generating and/or printing forms with fields to be printed and fields not to be printed contains a text station with keyboard, computer and display. Characterse placed in working memory can be later printed out onto a form. A positioning unit arranged beneath a transparent form support plate has a light position marker moving sync. with the cursor on the screen.
