PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and to facilitate assembly by additionally making a hole to be inserted with an encoder shaft in a standard motor shaft, inserting the encoder shaft therein and securing in place by means of an adhesive or shrinkage fitting. CONSTITUTION:An encoder shaft 2a is inserted into a hole 1b made in a standard motor shaft 1 and secured in place, and then the encoder 2 is secured with screws to a fan cover 5. Rotation of the standard motor shaft 1 is transmitted to the encoder 2 through coupling between the hole section 1b of the motor shaft 1 and the shaft 2a of the encoder 2. According to the constitution, no coupling structure is required and thereby the number of components is reduced, assemblage is simplified and overall length is shortened. |
