<p>PURPOSE:To early determine an arrangement order without using manpower by estimating the point of finishing time of machining each workpiece, and automatically determining the arrangement order of a pallet, on which the workpiece is mounted, in accordance with the order of time series of the point of machining finish. CONSTITUTION:The total machining time of a workpiece in each machine tool MC1 to MC3 is recalculated by a means 102 at each time, the workpiece is given an arrangement order and compared to give the arrangement order in a manner wherein arrangement of the workpiece, placed in the first order of machining of the workpieces not yet given an arrangement order in the machine tool of the minimum total machining time, is preferentially performed. The arrangement order of the workpiece thus determined agrees with the order in the point of finishing time of machining each workpiece in a system with no relation to the individual machine tools MC1 to MC3. That is, the arrangement of the workpiece is performed in accordance with the order by estimating the point of finishing time of machining each workpiece, and waiting of the machine tool by a delay of the workpiece arrangements can be minimized.</p> |
