<p>PURPOSE:To provide an upper limit additional boiling time and enable an application of electrical power to be saved by a method wherein an electrical hot water heater is comprised of an additional boiling time setting means for setting an additional boiling upper limit calculation time which can be additionally boiled during a day-time and an additional boiling control means or the like. CONSTITUTION:An electrical hot water heater is comprised of an additional boiling calculation time setting means 3 for use in setting an additional boiling upper limit calculation time which can be additionally boiled up during a day-time and a remained time calculation means 5. An additional boiling control means 7 is operated such that when an additional boiling upper limit calculation time is set by an additional boiling calculation time setting means 3, a temperature lower than a predetermined temperature is detected by a temperature sensor 8. When a result of calculation of a remained time calculation means 5 shows a presence of a remained time, a heater 4 is electrically supplied with electricity to boil up to a target temperature. When there is no remained time, the additional boiling control is stopped. With such an arrangement, the additional boiling upper limit calculation time is attained and there is less opportunity that an electrical power is applied by more its limit value.</p> |
