PURPOSE:To obtain a multicomponent thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat-resistance, impact resistance, etc., by compounding a modified polyphenylene ether resin with specific amounts of a specific polyamide resin, a rubber component and a crystal nucleation agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having a crystallinity of a polyamide resin phase of 20-40% can be produced by compounding (A) 10-70wt.% of a modified polyphenylene ether resin, (B) 90-30wt.% of a polyamide resin which is an aliphatic polyamide resin having a relative viscosity of <=4 (e.g. nylon 6 and nylon 66), (C) 5-30wt.% of a modified and/or unmodified rubber-like component and (D) <=5 pts.wt., preferably 0.01-1 pt.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the component B) of a crystal nucleation agent (e.g. talc and silica). |
