<p>PURPOSE:To enable quick hygienic temperature control of unrefined shake in high precision by constituting the title cooling device so as to rotatably vertically hang a heat pipe for heat release in a fermentation tank and cool a fin attached in the upper part of a heat pipe by a cooling air device. CONSTITUTION:A heat pipe 2 for heat release is rotatably vertically hung in a fermentation tank 1 for storing unrefined sake. Further, a fin 4 attached above the heat pipe is constituted so as to be able to cool by cooling air from blower 8. Then when temperature of unrefined sake stored in the fermentation tank 1 is raised owing to fermentation heat, the heat of unrefined sake is transferred to a heat pipe 2 and medium liquid in the heat pipe 2 is vaporized thereby and the interior of the fermentation tank 1 is cooled by heat of vaporization. The vaporized gas raises the interior of the heat pipe 2 and heat thereof is transferred to the fin 4 and the vaporized gas is re-changed to liquid and lowered. Thereby temperature of unrefined sake can be retained to set temperature by controlling temperature of cooling air from the blower 8 with a cooler 19.</p> |
