Treated material is at first submitted to thermal decomposition at temperature higher than 1600 degrees of Celsius in atmosphere without air in time which suffices for total decomposition of treated material for gaining of combustible gases on hydrogen and carbon monoxide base, noncombustible gases of inert matters; thermal decomposed products are quickly cooled by water, at which the strong inert matters are separated and the vapor is formatted the gained gases are enriched with this vapor at which gases enriched with aqueous vapor pass through carboneous mass heated on temperature higher as 1200 degrees of Celsius for their cleaning and finally gases outputting of carboneous mass are cooled. The device contains thermal decomposing unit (1), equipped with torch, the water separator (3), jointed on it thermal reactor-filter (4) jointed on decomposition unit (1) and water separator (3), and cooling unit (29) of gases outputting from thermal reactor-filter (4). |
