<p>PURPOSE:To positively secure an outlet to the vessel by forming a recession on the vessel receiving material (anvil), and transferring the outlet secured vessel (carton) along the vessel receiving material in a state that when the vessel receiving material is inserted therein, projections of the vessel in the outlet are housed in the recession. CONSTITUTION:When a carton 9 fits in the outer periphery of an anvil 11, a slide table 13 moves to the left side in order that the tip of an oscillation horn 16 comes into contact with the right side upper surface of the carton 9, and further the base body flange 2 of an outlet 1 is pressed against the anvil 11 via the carton 9. At this time, the cap 3 of the outlet 1 is housed in a recession 23 provided on the tip of the oscillation horn 16, whereby it is designed not to interfere with the tip of the horn 16 in pressing the carton 9 and outlet flange 2. By giving supersonic oscillation to the outlet flange 2, the flange 2 is heated, thus the flange 2 is welded to the inside surface of the carton 9.</p> |
