摘要 PURPOSE:To perform focusing and flap adjustment at high speed and with high accuracy by performing the flap adjustment of a solid-state image pickup element (CCD) at a position where the comparison results of an amplitude ratio found by a flap calculation means match with each other. CONSTITUTION:A focusing adjusting means adjusts the CCDs 3-5 at the position where the peak of the amplitude of moire generated by a pattern in the center part of a moire pattern plate can be obtained from moire image data obtained by image-picking up the moire pattern plate via an image pickup optical system by the CCDs 3-5, and simultaneously, finds flap by comparing amplitude ratio in a state where no flap exists, the amplitude ratio of moire generated from each pattern at the upper and lower parts of the moire pattern plate obtained by performing the image pickup of the CCDs 3-5, and the amplitude ratio of moire generated from each pattern at the right and left parts. The flap adjusting means performs the flap adjustment of the CCDs 3-5 at the position where the comparison results of the amplitude ratio found by the flap calculation means match. Thereby, the flap adjustment of the CCDs 3-5 for a prism 2 can be performed at high speed and with high accuracy.
