PURPOSE:To record the visible information on a label, etc., together with the record information by using an optical blank disk where a reflecting layer and a photosensitive layer are provided on a first side of a substrate with a photosensitive layer provided on a second side respectively. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting layer 14 and a photosensitive layer 16 are successively formed on the first side of a disk-shaped substrate 12 made of a metallic or the hard plastic resin, etc., together with a photosensitive layer 18 provided on the second side respectively. The read information and the display information are exposed to both layers 16 and 18 respectively. The layer 14 is metal- plated on a supporter made of PET and then the silver salt photoemulsion is coated on the metallic plate. Then this supporter is stuck onto the substrate 12. Thus both the read and display information can be recorded on an optical disk simultaneously and continuously. Thus, it is not required to stick or print a display label, etc., onto the disk. Then the optical disks are easily obtained in a small quantity and various types. |
