PURPOSE:To make the accounts balance of the whole cash accounts information by operating the cash accounts information to be deleted and storing it as the balance carried over by a carried over date when the cash accounts information before the carried over date is deleted from a storage means. CONSTITUTION:Cash accounts information which consists of characters and numbers is inputted with date information, is stored by a storage device 23 and is displayed by a display means 3. Then, a inputted carried over date and the data information of the cash accounts information stored in the storage device 23 are compared, the cash accounts information before the carried over date is deleted from the storage means 23, the cash accounts information to be deleted is operated and the balance carried over by the carried over date is calculated and the calculated balance carried over is stored in the storage means 23 with being made to correspond to the carried over date. Then, the stored balance carried over and the cash accounts information to correspond to the date information after the carried over date are displayed by the display means 3. Thus, even when the one part of the cash accounts information is deleted, the accounts balance of the whole cash accounts information is made. |
