摘要 Integrated semiconductor device including a low-pass filter structure with multiple feedback, this structure comprising a direct chain formed of at least two negative-gain filter-units mounted in series, and two multiple feedback chains (1, 2), the first having negative gain, the second having positive gain bringing the output signals from the filter-units back to the input of the filter structure across an adder. This device is characterised in that: - each filter-unit of the direct chain is a low-pass of order 1 comprising an R-C circuit (rj, cj) and an amplifier stage (Cj) having negative gain forming a voltage-controlled current source (Ej) whose real and intrinsic elements are taken into account in the structure of the R-C circuit in respect of the calculation of the transfer function, - the first multiple feedback chain returns to the input of the filter structure a first sum of fractions of all the output voltages from the even-positioned filter-units of the direct chain, weighted by negative amplification coefficients, - the second multiple feedback chain returns to the input of the filter structure a second sum of fractions of all the output voltages from the odd-positioned filter-units of the direct chain, weighted by positive amplification coefficients. <IMAGE>
