PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of condutive additives and increase active mass utilization and discharge performance by jointly using two kinds of current collecting cores comprising metal net or expanded metal in a paste type or pressed nickel anode. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. Nickel hydroxide, 10pts.wt. graphite, and 50pts.wt. PTFE dispersion (4wt%) are mixed to form paste. The first current collecting core comprising nickel net I is arranged in the center of a anode and the second current collecting core comprising nickel net II is arragned on the second surface of the anode, and they are coated with the paste, dried and pressed to form the anode. A metal net having a wire diameter of 0.20-0.30mm., and a mesh number (the number of wires between one inch) or 20-40 or expanded metal having a pitch of 0.65-0.85mm., a frame width of 0.3-0.4mm., and a thickness of 0.08-0.12mm. are used as the first current collecting core. A metal net having a wire diameter of 0.05-1.5mm., and a mesh number of 30-50 is used as the second current collecting core. |
