<p>PURPOSE:To record a valid term capable of issuing a credit card from a card issuer to a client on the card. To minimize damage to a minimum limit by providing a timing restriction upon incorrectly issuing of the card. CONSTITUTION:An approval number to be decided by a credit company is recorded by a member store by a magnetic recorder installed in each store. In this case, a secret number selected by a client, a client's available valid term started from a date of issuing the card to the client in the member store as a starting date are recorded. When these contents are recorded, a recorder reads issuing valid term already recorded on the card, and outputs a response of disabling issuing of a card for the card elapsing the valid term.</p> |
