PURPOSE:To improve a feeling of comfortable driving ever so better, by installing an oil pasage on-off device, which is closed at a resonance range, in an oil passage interconnecting both extension side and pressure side chambers of a cylinder, while having the damping force of a shock absorber produced only at the resonance range by operation of the on-off device. CONSTITUTION:An oil passage on-off part II is being set up between oil passages 5a and 5b of a damper paer I . A first device 10 of the said on-off part IIis provided with a plate spring 12 closing either part 13 or 14 by means of a specfied vibration mode. Likewise, a second device 20 is one that intercepts oil passages 34 and 40 with a spool 22 shifted to some extent when a flow from an oil passage 31 to an oil passage 41 is intercepted by the first device 10. That is to say, only in time of the specific vibration mode, interconnection between these oil pasages 5a and 5b of the damper part I is intercepted whereby damping force can be produced by valves 6a and 6b of a piston part 2. |
