PURPOSE:To keep the density of a foamable agent constant and also keep the foaming magnification of an article by mixing the foamable agent with a resin material via constant temperature means. CONSTITUTION:A raw material supplier 1 that serves to supply a resin material is connected to an extrusion foaming machine 2 and, on the other hand, a gasification-type foamable agent M is, for example, allowed to be supplied to the extrusion foaming machine 2 via a supplying system 3. The supplying system 3 is provided with constant temperature means 4 and a pump 5. Herein, the supplying system 3 is equipped with a constant temperature means 4 and a constant volume pump 5 and, as the constant temperature means 4, a constant temperature liquid bath 6 is used for example. The constant temperature bath 6 is reserved with constant temperature water 9 kept at the temperature in the order of 15 deg.C as constant temperature liquid in cylindrical casing 7, and a spirally formed conduit 9 is provided therein. A flange coupling 9a constitutes the inlet of the foamable agent M, and a flange coupling 9b constitutes the outlet of the foamable agent M. |
