<p>PURPOSE:To increase a heat dissipation effect while contriving noninductive state by bringing an inductance unlimitedly near to zero by detecting a potential difference based on the difference between resistance values to positions of a half of divided current paths. CONSTITUTION:A shunt resistor 10 is inserted and fixed between lead frames. This shunt resistor 10 is formed with a Manganin plate, with a slit 11 made along the longitudinal direction in the position of a half of the width W, namely W/2, and has the two-pieces divided resistors 12A and 12B. Kelvin's terminals K1 and K2 respectively are led from positions of a half of the length l, namely l/2, of these resistor pieces 12A and 12B. Thus, inductances arising in the circuit is offset each other and a noninductive state can be realized as the result because the potential difference based on the difference between resistance values to the positions of 1/2 of divided current paths is detected. The shunt resistor 10 can be closely set up into a heat sink plate, etc., because the resistor 10 is formed with a plate and the surface is made flat, and consequently the heat dissipation effect can be increased.</p> |
