PURPOSE:To prevent rolling and the action of escaping in the direction of a light load by providing steerable wheels on the tips of telescopic legs provided on the outer diameter side of a main body frame, and controlling the telescopic motion of the legs and the steering of the wheels. CONSTITUTION:Three telescopic legs 4 with wheels are provided in the front and the rear of a main frame 1 respectively, and a backet 2, allowable to be elevated by the telescopic motion of a jack 3, is arranged between two legs 4 on the lower side out of the front legs 4 in the bottom part on the front side. Next a pin is connected to the main body frame 1 so that the legs 4 can be expanded or contracted by the telescopic motion of leg jacks 5, and wheels 6 provided on tips are made rotatable with brackets 7. Then a pitching/rolling detection sensor 11 is fixed to the main body frame 1. Thereby the telescopic motion of the legs and the steering of the wheels can be controlled with the pitching/rolling detection sensor 11 by enabling a scavenger to cope with even the change of the size of a tube diameter. |
