<p>PURPOSE:To enable temperature coefficients of a resistor to be reduced to a value which is close to 0 and noise to be reduced by allowing Ta2O5 to be contained within a thick-film resistance paste which contains an organic vehicle, a conductive object, and a non-conductive glass and enabling the amount to be 5wt.% or less for a total weight of the conductive object and the non- conductive glass. CONSTITUTION:An organic vehicle which consists of ethyl cellulose and turpineall, Pb2Ru2O6-7 which is a pyrochlore type oxide whose particle diameter is 500-1000Angstrom as a conductive object, PbO-SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3 glass whose average particle diameter is 2-3mum as a non-conductive glass, and Ta2O5 whose particle diameter is 1mum or less, and Nb2O5, Sb2O3, MnO2, and CuO are added, thus producing a resistance paste after kneading fully, where the amount of Ta2O5 to be used is 5wt.% or less for a total weight of the conductive object and non-conductive glass. These are screen-printed onto an alumina substrate, dried, and calcined, thus creating a thick-film resistor.</p> |
