<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to move the video signal display position of a high-vision signal in the upper or lower direction of a reproducing screen by outputting a vertical synchronizing(SYN) signal obtained by shifting an interval between a vertical SYN signal and a video signal and changing a shifting value by a shifting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The video signal of a high-vision signal down-converted into an NTSC system and a vertical SYN signal for synchronizing the video signal are inputted to the shifting circuit 2. The SYN signal obtained by shifting the position of the vertical SYN signal by the circuit 2 and the high-vision signal are outputted from a converter 1 for converting the high-vision signal into an NTSC signal and applied to a video monitor 3, which can reproduce and display the video signal of the high-vision signal down-converted into the NTSC system. Consequently, a blank part can be effectively utilized.</p> |
