PURPOSE:To attain efficient frequency channel assignment by providing a frequency channel sweep receiver to a control station so as to discriminate the presence of noise, disturbance and interference and controlling a frequency channel of a station to be controlled based on the discrimination information. CONSTITUTION:A frequency channel sweep receiver 2 sweeps frequencies f1-fn, to discriminate the presence of a reception signal and sends the discrimination information to a control station 1. Upon the receipt of a frequency channel request from a controlled station (n)3n, the control station 1 allocates a frequency fn-m to the controlled station (n)3n as a frequency channel while excluding busy frequencies f1, f2 and the frequency f3 because noise, disturbance and interference exist based on the information from the frequency channel sweep receiver 2. Thus, the efficient frequency channel assignment is attained. |
