<p>PURPOSE:To prevent electrostatic trouble i.e., change of data and breakdown of FET by providing a high resistance structure for confining a resistance value within a specific range and further giving a screening property to a part of the material of the high resistance structure for screening X rays, ultraviolet rays, radioactive rays, and visible rays. CONSTITUTION:Sheet members 22 and 28 are constituted of sheet materials including kneaded anti-static agent so as to make resistance value 10<6>-10<10>OMEGA/m<2> in order to prevent electrostatic troubles. Further, the sheet materials are coated with light screening materials. Those sheet members 22 and 28 stick their sheet materials to both faces of an IC substrate 3 for preventing change of data to be caused by electrostatic troubles and flashlights due to discharge of static electricity flowing from upper part and lower part with respect to the IC substrate 3. The sheet members 22 and 28 are treated with printing for the use of the IC card. Transparent sheet members 24 and 30 are stuck with a thermosensible adhesive to top faces or bottom faces of the sheet members 22 and 28 so as to protect a printing surface.</p> |
