PURPOSE:To prevent defective molding by a positional deviation of a projected lip part, by a method wherein at the time when the projected lip part is caused to abut against a lip setting part by bending the same, a suction hole of a suction device detaining the projected lip part in a bent state to a lip setting part is formed as it is in a bent state by a vacuum suction force. CONSTITUTION:A corner member 2 is connected with an end face 1a of a straight member 1 by molding integrally and a molded product 3 is manufactured. A mold is constituted of a bottom force 5, a top force 6 and a plurality of intermediate plates 7, 8, 9. A projected lip part 4 of the straight member 1 is bent after a form of a lip setting part 12 and set up to the lip setting part 12 in relation to the bottom force 5 to which the intermediate plates 7, 8, 9 are set up. At the time when the suction device is in an operating state and the projected lip part 4 is bent and caused to abut against the lip setting part 12, the projected lip part 4 is detained to the lip setting part 12 as it is in a bent state by vacuum suction force through vents 13, 13. |
