<p>PURPOSE:To supervise the state of much more system instrument by decentralizing a function supervising the state change and processing the detection of the state change in parallel at the same time. CONSTITUTION:State change supervising circuits 3a-3c discriminate the significance of input signals I1-In, detect the change from significance to insiginificance or the change from insignificance to significance, transmit signal groups Da-Dc corresponding to the number of state changes Na-Nc in each change and the input signals I1-In subject to the state change to a state supervising circuit 4, and the circuit 4 outputs the signal groups to an output device 2 after processing them into signals in the form being able to be discriminated by human being as the state of system constitution instrument corresponding to the groups. The state of much more number of the system constituting instrument is supervised by decentralizing the function supervising the state change in the input signals and processing the detection of the state change in parallel at the same time by means of a synchronizing signal in this way.</p> |
