PURPOSE:To ensure safety by engaging a gondola swung in such a way that it can be elevated freely, through a pair of guide pipes on both sides, and by providing a sucking crawler horizontally moved on the wall surface of a building on the lower part of the guide pipe. CONSTITUTION:Guide pipes 4, 4 are inserted into support holes of a roof car 2 that moves along a parapet 10 of a building roof, and are swung by a pin 11. A sucking crawler 7 which can move in a horizontal direction along a building wall surface 1, is provided on the lower part of the pipes 4, 4. A gondola 8 is swung from the roof car 2 through a wire rope 3, and is engaged with the guide pipe 4 through a guide arm 12 and an engagement roller 9, and the gondola 8 can be elevated and guided thereby. The gondola 8 is sandwiched between the roof car 2 and the crawler 7 sucked on the wall surface 1, through the guide pipes 4, 4, and is moved synchronously in parallel. Rolling can thus be prevented. |
