PURPOSE:To easily surely execute a formation of a complex forming product by arranging a resin side passage between a nozzle outer cylinder part and a nozzle inner part and a metal side passage between the nozzle inner cylinder part and a stopper rod. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the injecting resin material, the nozzle inner cylinder part 3 is retreated, and by shifting a step part 2s apart from a step part 3s, the resin side passage 7 and resin side valve part 8 are opened. By advancing a stopper rod 4, the tip part thereof is abutted on a step part 3t and the metal side valve part 12 is closed. The resin material injected from an injection device, fills a metallic mold from an outside nozzle hole 6 through the resin side passage 7. At the time of injecting a low m.p. metal material, the nozzle inner cylinder part 3 is advanced and the step parts 2s and 3s are mutually abutted on and the resin valve part 8 is closed. By retreating the stopper rod 4, the stopper rod 4 is spart from the step part 3t and the metal side valve part 12 is opened. The metallic mold is filled up with the low m.p. metal material injected from the injection device from an inside nozzle hole 10 through the metal side passage 11. |
