PURPOSE:To facilitate arrangement of a core and to improve assembling work, by forming the core by a flexible belt-shaped sheet, whose surface is coated by an amorphous metal film layer. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of an outer cabinet 11, a flexible, thin, belt shaped sheet 29, which is extended along the approximately entire length of the outer cabinet 11 is arranged. The belt shaped sheet 29 is formed by a conventionally well known flexible printed plate and the like and mounted so as to contact with the inner wall of the outer cabinet 11. An amorphous metal film layer having high permeability is formed on the surface. Since the flexible belt shaped sheet is used as a core in this electromagnetic flowmeter, the arrangement of the core, which has been very difficult before, can be readily performed, and the assembling workability can be improved. |
