<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a radar device by setting a radar receiver noise power level within the dynamic range of an A/D converter, and converting reception data corresponding to each antenna into serial data using a parallel data/serial data converter (P/S converter), and transferring the data. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter 3 converts an input signal into parallel data and a first P/S converter 4 further converts the parallel data into serial data. The serial data is multiplexed as parallel input into another serial data by a second P/S converter 5 and transferred to a transfer line 7. A radar receiver noise power level (a) is set within the dynamic range (b) of the A/D converter 3 and noise is also converted into digital signals by the converter 3. Since the noise power level has random characteristics as amplitudes, digital signals also have randomness in generating '1' and '0' and so clock frequency components are secured in each digital signal and clocks are generated on the side of a digital signal receiver 8 at low cost without using any encoder or decoder but miniaturizing the receiver.</p> |
