CASTING METHOD OF SYNTHETIC RESIN

PURPOSE:To mold easily a hollow product by controlling ultraviolet curing rate and curing by a fixed thickness of only the outer surface part, by controlling dose of ultraviolet rays or ultraviolet curing properties of a resin solution. CONSTITUTION:Transparent silicone rubber 4 for molding is cast within a frame 3 in which a master 1 is arranged along with a sprue block 2. Ultraviolet curing liquid resin 9 is cast into a cavity 8 of a transparent silicone rubber mold 6 and ultraviolet rays are applied uniformly to a resin solution 9 on the side and bottom. The outer surface of the cavity 8 is cured by a fixed thicknesss, a cured layer 10 is obtained and a facial cured matter 11 whose inside part is the uncured resin solution 9 is formed. The inside uncured resin solution 9 is discharged, a rubber mold 6 is broken and the facial cured matter 11 is taken out. The ultraviolet rays are applied uniformly again to the facial cured matter 11 on the side and bottom, the uncured resin solution adhering to the inside is cured and a hollow molded product is obtained.
