<p>2-Acylamino-4-amino-5-benzylpyrimidines substituted in the phenyl ring of the benzyl radical, their production and their use as sulfonamide potentiators, as well as agents containing the same, are disclosed. The compounds 4-amino-2-formamido-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine and 4-amino-2-acetamido-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine are examples of the subject pyrimidines.</p> |
