PURPOSE:To produce the title material in which the composition is gradually changed as the position moves from the surface to the inside in relatively short time by preparing fiber substrate sheet and specific resin sheet, superimposing these both sheets, subjecting these both sheets to pressure forming to prepare a laminate and burning the laminate. CONSTITUTION:The first ceramic powder (e.g. SiC powder) and second ceramic powder (e.g. self-sintering carbon powder) are dispersed into fiber substrate sheet (e.g. carbon fiber woven fabric) and thermoplastic resin (e.g. ethylene-alpha- olefin copolymer) and a resin sheet controlled so as to allow a composition ratio of the first ceramic powder to the second ceramic powder to differ over a face direction is prepared and then the both sheets are superimposed and subjected to pressure forming to prepare a laminate, which is then burned. |
