PURPOSE:To accelerate an output driver without deteriorating characteristics by constituting this semiconductor device with a 1st driving circuit and a 2nd driving circuit connected between a 2nd normally-ON transistor(TR) and an external output terminal. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor device is constituted of a 1st normally-ON TR 31 whose output driver is connected at least to a 1st power supply line, a 2nd normally-ON TR 32 connected to a 2nd power supply line, the 1st driving circuit 1 connected between the TR 31 and the external output terminal, and the 2nd driving circuit 2 connected between the TR 32 and the external output terminal. Consequently, the gate capacity of the input part of the output driver can be reduced, the transition time of an input signal can be shortened and the access tie can be accelerated. |
