PURPOSE:To obtain an elegant raised web having rich durability, good water repellency and oil repellency by treating the web with a water-repellent and oil-repellent fluoro agent containing an amino plast resin, etc., drying the treated web, raising the fibers of the web and subsequently treating the raised web with the same treating solution as the above-mentioned treating solution. CONSTITUTION:A web comprising natural fibers or synthetic fibers is treated with a water-repellent, oil-repellent fluoro treating solution containing at least one kind selected from aminoplast resins, glyoxal resins or blocked isocyanates, dried, raised, treated with a water-repellent, oil-repellent fluoro treating solution containing at least one kind selected from aminoplast resins, glyoxal resins and blocked isocyanates, dried and heated to obtain a raised web having rich durability, sufficient water repellency, oil repellency, elegant appearance and good touch. |
