PURPOSE:To greatly improve the light resistance of wool by treating the wool with a specific hydrazinoamide group-containing compound. CONSTITUTION:Wool is treated with a hydrazinoamide group-containing compound of formula I (Y is 1-10C alkylene, group of formula II; R1, R2 are 1-5C alkyl, alkoxy) (e.g. a compound of formula III) to improve the light resistance of the wool. |
