<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the whole structure and improve economic aspects by integrally retaining three electrodes with a holder, elevating the electrodes with one system of elevating means. CONSTITUTION:Three electrodes 21, 22, 23 are arranged in a ladle refining furnace 11 while being retained integrally by a holder 31. An arm 31a of a holder 31 is fixed to a rod 41a slidingly fitted in a cylindrical member 41, and to the top part of the rod 41a the foremost end of a wire 42 is attached. This wire 42 is wound around a drum 44 at its base end through a pulley 43 while the drum 44 is connected to a motor 46 through a winch 45. To the three electrodes 21, 22, 23 base pipes 21a, 22a, 23a are connected, and from the pipe 21a a voltmeter 51 and ammeter 52 are taken out while communicated therewith. The voltmeter 51 and the ammeter 52 are connected to a control circuit 50 while a control circuit 53 is connected to the motor 46. With the constitution, integral elevation is made possible with one system of elevating means which leads cost down with its simple structure.</p> |
