摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to build conductors, such as a resonance circuit having superior characteristics, a capacitor an inductance and the like, in the interior of a ceramic substrate by a method wherein a metal having a small continuity resistance is used as a conductor and the ceramic substrate, which is constituted of a ceramic material having the temperature coefficient, which is within a prescribed range, of the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit, is used. CONSTITUTION:In a wiring board for distributed constant circuit use, which is formed by making at least one of conductor patterns, such as a resonance circuit, an impedance, a capacitor, a transfer line and the like, build in the interior of a ceramic substrate 2, said conductor pattern is constituted of an Ag, Au or Cu conductor having a resistance value of 10mOMEGA/square or lower and is formed by a simultaneous integral firing with the substrate 2. At the same time, the substrate 2 is constituted of a ceramic material having the temperature coefficient, which is within a range of -30 to +100ppm/ deg.C, of the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit. TiO2 particles are dispersedly contained in the ceramic material in a ratio of 5% or more with a weight as a reference.</p>
