<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of an input apparatus such as a mouse and a keyboard, etc., for inputting the information, and to make the processor small in size and light in weight by executing a position detection and a character input on a screen. CONSTITUTION:The processor is constituted of a CPU 1 for executing a data processing by a program and input/output control of data, a display device 3 which is connected to the CPU 1 through a bus 2 and executes a display of processing data, an auxiliary storage device 6 for storing the program, etc., and an external input device 7 for executing an input of the program and the data of a floppy disk device, etc. In such a state, by executing various inputs by coming into contact with a display screen of the display device 3, this processor is allowed to have a function being equal to that of the conventional keyboard and mouse. In such a way, the device from which the keyboard and the mouse are omitted can be realized, and the processor can be made small in size and light in weight.</p> |
