Indicator which consists of an element which is configured from a support 4, for the float 7, arranged internally in a cylindrical compartment 2 and 3, in which there is a pair of metallic contact pieces 3 connected electrically to the terminals 8 of the signalling circuit of the vehicle dashboard, incorporating in this support 4 for the float 7 a pair of metallic contact bolts 5 located in the upper part and adopting the form of a claw or pressure hook 11 on the support 4, so that the metallic bolts 5 slide and are radially pressed along and laterally with respect to the metallic contact pieces 3, the metallic bolts 5 being connected electrically together, closing the circuit and interconnecting the metallic contact pieces 3 while the level of brake fluid 13 is maintained above the value thereof. <IMAGE>
